OUR Beginning

Ashley Conner, founder and CEO of L.R.F.T is dedicated to empowering adolescents as they transition into adulthood. As teen mother herself and now having four teens Ashley understands firsthand the challenges teens face in finding stability in support. This is why she started L.R. F.T. Guided by faith and compassion her relatable experiences she leads this non profit in providing programs and resources that targets teens in a positive matter. Through her vision, Ashley strives to inspire the next generation, showing teens that regardless of their circumstance, They have the power to define their own path.
